Job descriptions:
1. Develop, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
2. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production dept to align materials, resources & manpower.
3. Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing excess or obsolete materials.
4. Prepare and present planning reports and KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, plan adherence, inventory turnover).
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Hands-on experience in production control, process improvement, or lean manufacturing
7. Develop and implement detailed production schedules based on customer orders and capacity planning.
8. Monitor material requirements and delivery timelines using MRP systems to ensure on-time production.
9. Close coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production departments to balance supply & demand.
10. Control inventory levels, track production progress, and ensure delivery targets are achieved efficiently.
11. Bottleneck analysis, ERP, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP / PivotTable / Basic formulas & etc) is an advantage.
Job Requirements:
1. Preferred at least 2-5 years of experience in production planning, material control, or supply chain.
2. Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
3. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (for global coordination roles) is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin preferred, role requires regular comm and coordination with China HQ teams.
5. Willing to work overtime when required to support production planning and meet forecast targets.
6. Worked on improving line efficiency or production flow.
