Job Description
- Leading the manufacturing planning team
- Analyze the weekly MP run to ensure all customer orders are met.
- Weekly planning for Wafer Fab starts per MP plan.
- Daily planning for foundry wafers (semi-processed wafers) into manufacturing line.
- Communicate with Global Supply Management and direct material suppliers on the demand, inventory and shipment of direct materials
- Liaise with manufacturing on delinquencies, output/lagging lots/expedites/inventories and delivery plans.
- Schedule and execute to engineering build.
- Communicate with Capacity Planning and Business Unit Planning groups on the demand outlook and die support issues
- Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate delivery of products to satisfy customer expedite requests to avert customer line down situation.
- Work closely with the shipping department to ensure all products are shipped out per committed ship out date.
- Coordinate between various functions (manufacturing, engineering, support) to ensure smooth NPI or new product transfer set-up.
- Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, COBC or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.
- Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
