Coordination of customer\xe2\x80\x99s training request into effective and cost efficient planning for customers and for all operational departments and scheduling these training requests through GEMINI/STARS or other related planning system.
Communicate timely to customers and all operational departments on training plans and schedules that meets customer expectation.
Communicate with internal stakeholders, mainly Training Department and Sales Department with the visibility needed to make operational and contractual decisions.
Seek instructor coverage for all WET training requests and provide monthly reporting on instructor productivity inclusive of contingent instructors to Planning Manager and Finance Department.
Execution of the prebill process for designated customers
Contribute to the department\xe2\x80\x99s continuous improvement and wellness initiatives
Support customer facing activities as part of CAE Experience initiatives
Ensure all events are assigned with Regulatory requirement.
Assists in Scheduling Instructor resources for maximum productivity and publishing instructor schedules.
Perform other planning work as assigned.
Our ideal candidate has:
Associate degree or college degree or equivalent related training.
4-6 years of related work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Good analytical and problem solving skills and able to communicate with diverse group of stakeholders.
Demonstrates ability to effectively coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and data transformation in Power BI.
Attention to detail is required for the role.
