Job Description

Job Scope:

Prioritize production schedule and commit delivery dates for orders based on machine capacity and job priorities upon receiving customer order or demand. Track job progress and revise production schedule if any delinquency in production line or changes in priorities. Monitor production progress against plan to ensure efficient scheduling to minimize wastage of excess production. Track production yields by processes to enable efficient scheduling to minimize wastage of excess production. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of date and closed accomplished work orders. Responsible to prepare Material Requirements according to production scheduling. Raise purchase requisition for material when insufficient and upon receiving new orders. Responsible to prepare and update material forecast according to any customers' changes. Track direct materials incoming shipment and ensure that materials are sufficient to support in house production without line down situation. Communicate promptly and work closely with any related departments on materials and planning activities. Implement a continual improvement task for production control & planning activities. Responsible to prepare reports timely and accurately as required. To carry out any other duties and job functions when required by superior or persons acting on behalf of the company
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years working experiences in planner role Well verse in Mandarin language
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
