Job Description
JOB TITLE : PLANNER (TAMPOI)Responsibilities & Authorities
- Responsible for the company planning activities, store & logistics function.
- Liaise with customer on new PO & delivery schedule received and monitor the delivery
- Ensure smooth mass production with optimization of machine, manpower planning to meet customer satisfactions.
- Ensure smooth delivery to customer and order fulfillment.
- Liaise with production personnel regarding production output.
- Assist the superior on new projects, improvement projects or problems solving whenever required.
- Responsible for stock management and optimize inventory control.
- Maintain high accuracy and update the computer system.
- Maintain proper work discipline in the department and organizing proper filing of document.
- Support and co-operate with the ISO activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow 5s concept at all time.
- Report to superior in any arise regarding Planning & logistics.
- Any other assign jobs from superior.
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent cert
- Minimum experience in Planner for 2 years
- Well knowledge of supervisory skill
- Well knowledge of stock inventory
- Willing to work under pressure
- Well verse in English and Malay (verbal/written)
- Computer knowledge (MS).
- Good relationship and communication
