Job Description

Responsible to ensure that the physical stock count and stock movement being monitored thru Daily stock monitoring vs sales order Responsible to deal with Sales Department on daily sales order activities and until issuing a daily planning confirmation to related person Responsible to deal with Prai on the stock ordering activities until receiving for incoming product. Ensure effective timely implementation of all logic daily operational goals inclusive ]of delivery functions and inventory management. Monitor all product order entries and packing of bag products are carried out according to packing plan. Responsible to implement reliable edible flour warehouse management through FIFO programs and timely delivery of products to customers. Responsible to coordinates with shipping section to ensure all containers are timely arranged and delivered Responsible to ensure that all the tankers are well maintain by scheduling the cleaning & maintenance in accordance with food safety. Monitors product warehousing management, material control system (MSC) figures ad ERP are always in accordance with internal audit. Verify, update and documented all documentation under GMP/HACCP compliance as well as reports by your subordinates promptly to your superior. Analyze and log tanker turnaround time activities commensurate to existing problem such as tanker breakdown, late customer arrival and late loading
Job Specification:

Required at least Certificate/Diploma in any field. At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or related field Good communication skills with knowledge in computerized warehouse inventory system and basic computer (MS) Possessed own transport and valid driving license Willing to work at Pulau Indah

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
