Job Summary
Responsible for customer order planning and management for Spare Part Value Stream at Asia Hub.

Job Scope

  • Liaise with customers on orders fulfillment with effective coordination internally in addressing issue
  • Track and analyze customer demand trend and forecast accuracy for inventory control
  • Maintain proper record on relevant data or system set-up
  • Prepare production schedule to meet customers\' demands and achieving the targeted service level
  • Track and report the daily schedule vs. production actual output
  • Manage backlog & unfulfilled orders: Close follow up with planners to drive backlog reduction & timely update of recovery status to BU/LOG & PT-ASA.
  • Work with customers and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
  • Set up material master for new SKUs in relevant interface i.e. PPT, P13 etc.
  • Handle manual or ad hoc sales orders and coordinate shipment arrangement with counterpart.
  • Set priorities with the operational logistic section on the movement of finished products for timely shipment.
  • Arrange and attend the regular meeting with customer to review fulfillment and delivery status
  • Work closely with other function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
  • Responsible for achieving KPI target, with close collaboration with team members.
  • Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years related working experience.
  • Experience in customer order planning and/or material planning is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Meticulous, result oriented, motivated and accountable
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must. SAP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of management, and cross functionally with business partners
  • is essential.
  • Be flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.
