Job Description

As a Division Capacity Planner (DCP), you will be responsible for:
Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of SiFo (Silicon Foundry - Front/End) and/or OSAT (Outsourcing Bump, Sort, Assembly, Test - Back/End) and/or Materials supply planning for schedules, forecasts, build plan, capacity requirements, and business/inventory strategies.

Other Responsibilities:

• Responsible for optimized production build plan signals to External suppliers and Internal Fab/Factories
• Collaborate with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders to make/meet commitments and deliveries with speed, responsiveness, accuracy, and quality to satisfy customers.
• Drives and ensures KPI performance and target fulfillment
• Drive continuous improvement programs to improve cost reduction, resource allocation to maximize output by applying LEAN principles
• Influence and drive loading decisions that help to optimize the overall supply chain and meet the needs of the customer
• Work on requirements to and from CSPO/ATM/BU partners in terms of delivery, system/process improvement, and WIP tracking when necessary.
• Manage inventories at subcon in the form of dice and materials and work with upstream suppliers when subcon escalate insufficient inventories.
• Follow up on engineering requests/builds and work on planning/production control readiness for NPI/Qualification of new factories/products forming part of the NPI/Qualification Team.
• Coordinate on resolving supply-chain related issues, concerns, and help-needed from subcon and Intel internal stakeholders.
• Drive subcon to continuously improve SiFO/ OSAT planning process and systems to comply with Intel business/system requirement.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by leading decision-making forums or project teams
• Backend support on bump, sort, assembly, and test stages of manufacturing; will need to interface with GSM and ATM to optimize loading strategies at suppliers (including Intel ATM network)

Qualifications

You should possess a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain or Engineering with three years of increasingly relevant experience. Additional qualifications include:

• Ability to represent their stakeholders\' interests and working toward a worldwide solution
• Proven success in fast-paced programs and/or projects at Intel
• Experience and knowledge of supply chain management, operations planning and management, business process improvement, order/demand fulfillment processes, along with an in-depth knowledge of supply chain management tools
• Proven business analysis, business process reengineering and strong stakeholder management skills
• Can articulate data conclusions at the appropriate level of detail, based on the audience
• Adopts a philosophy of continuous, incremental improvement and root cause analysis in work daily and strive to be a change agent
• Collaborative, influential and reliable.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
