A textile manufacturing company is seeking a Planning and Warehouse Manager. In this job, you will lead the plant\'s raw material flow and manage its distribution to the production floor with accordance to the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

About the Planning and Warehouse Manager Role:
In this position, you will be tasked to ensure the accuracy of inventory with minimal to no disruption in the production cycle and ensure that the consistent and sufficient raw material flow from receiving to the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the receiving, checking and recording of all raw materials to the raw materials warehouse and into the SAP system
• Manage the KPIs that are measurable and quantifiable to assist in process improvement of the department
• Manage the movement of accurate and sufficient goods from raw material warehouse flow to production area
• Be responsible for the movement of production to finished goods warehouse and subsequently loading for export
• Proactively anticipate supply and inventory flow issues and develop mitigation plans
• Work closely with procurement team to ensure the availability of goods or potential supply issues that may arise
• Monitor daily use of materials and arrange for its replenishment
• Liaise with global production planning team for forecast of materials and readiness of raw materials for production

To succeed in this Planning and Warehouse Manager role, you will need to have strong hands-on experience in inventory planning and flow management within a manufacturing background.

Key Requirements:

• Degree qualification in supply chain management or any related field
• Over five years of work experience in supply chain planning and warehouse
• Ability to manage multiple functions concurrently while meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
• Strong hands-on experience managing inventory and raw material replenishment
• Experience with ERP, Microsoft Office (PowerBI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical, forecasting and problem solving abilities to manage unforeseen circumstances
