• Master production schedule: Plan, prepare, maintain, and report on performance of the master schedule. Responsible for demand/sales forecasts in the ERP or MRP system for use in the planning process.
• Capacity requirements plan: Create and maintain a valid capacity requirements plan that supports the master schedule.
• Inventory: Prepare run out analyses for discontinued items and coordinate an exit strategy with material planners and purchasing.
• Scheduling processes: Establish evaluation and maintain production scheduling processes and formal master schedule review and signoff process.
• Reporting: Development, maintenance and communication of key performance indicators that are consistent with executive strategies and plant-level performance measures. Analyze data to identify causes of variances.
• Customer experience: Work directly with customers on order management. Manage the order backlog to ensure acceptable customer service levels
• Bachelor\'s Degree with 3+ years\' hands-on experience within Production Control, Demand management and Inventory Management.
• ERP/MRP experience required, SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
