Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in similar field.
Conversant in Primavera software
Good written and interpersonal skills.
Able to apply critical path method techniques and sound knowledge in construction sequence.
Good understanding of procurement, engineering and constructive activities.
Willing to work at Sarawak.

Tanggungjawab

Develop and manage work construction schedule, resources planning and working schedule to monitor sub-contractor work.
Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets.
Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
Ensuring project is on track and within budgets.
