Job Description
Job Title: Planning Engineer
Location: Site Based
Reports To: Project Controls Manager
Job Summary:
To maintain the "Integrated Master Schedule" (IMS). In Data Centres, time is money; you act as the timekeeper, identifying delays before they become unrecoverable.
Detailed Scope of Work (Data Centre Specific):
Level 4 Scheduling: Develop detailed "Fragnet" schedules for specific zones (e.g., Data Hall 1 Fit-
out) to track daily progress.
Critical Path Analysis: Monitor the "Long Lead Equipment" (LLE) supply chain (Generators,
Chillers) as these act as the primary constraints for DC projects.
Earned Value Management: Produce S-Curves tracking planned vs. actual physical progress. Delay Analysis: Prepare "Time Impact Analysis" (TIA) for any client-driven changes (VOs) to
protect the Main Contractor's commercial position.
Requirements:
Software: Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Experience: 5+ years in planning, specifically on fast-track projects (12-18 month durations).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
