To liaise with authorities, consultants regarding land related matters, planning approval, building plans and occupation permits to ensure all approvals are obtained in timely manner.
To update the project, design and development team on the authority requirement and status of each submission.
To support project feasibility and viability study in overall planning and design of the township.
To liaise with all other departments relevant to project development to ensure time and cost plans are updated.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
