Job Summary

Responsible for executing production planning activities from the receipt of customer orders to the delivery of finished goods. Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment of customer commitments.

Job Responsibilities

Receive Purchase Orders (PO) from customers. Create sales orders for finished goods and component sales. Input forecast information into the system based on weekly, monthly, or PO requirements. Create Material Orders and release them to Store for material kitting. Perform weekly production scheduling. Check, monitor, and follow up on AOS (Assurance of Supply) issues to ensure smooth production flow. Liaise with Logistics to arrange shipment of finished goods to customers and handle RMA returns. Attend daily operation meetings with various departments. Monitor and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved. Track monthly KPIs, including OTD (On-Time Delivery) and CRD (Committed Required Date). Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment. Computer literate with strong attention to data accuracy. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage. Good communication skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
