Position Summary

As a Planning Executive, you are required to efficiently manage and implement sampling for Nestle brands to gain competitive advantage with maximum returns on investment in building brand equity.

A day in the life of a Planning Executive * To work with appointed Agencies in Delivering the Desired KPI results set for each project:

  • Briefing Agencies on concept, theme, and project management timeline
  • Setting of clear KPI\'s to measure agency achievement and project success
  • Negotiation on project costing and finalizing with formal contract
  • Promoter deployment plans and selecting suitable promoter profiles to meet the objective of each project
  • Developing promoter\'s product and soft skills training modules to ensure high quality in shopper engagement. This includes promoter\'s incentives for performance drive.
  • Develop report format and analysis with action plans within the project period as per the agree timeline
  • Present during project set up and launch date to ensure flawless execution. Also this includes the \xe2\x80\x9cmystery shopper\xe2\x80\x9d program to check on promoter\'s effectiveness.
  • To develop Action Plans for MPU\'s:
  • Developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures for MPU\'s
  • Develop creative designs for POSM, props, utensil, and uniforms for MPU teams
  • Developing periodic product and soft skills training modules to ensure high quality in shopper engagement.
To work with Customer Managers, Regional Sales Manager and Customer Ops Manager in delivering the desired KPI results set for each project:
  • Confirmation outlet selection and approval letter to conduct the activation
  • Ensuring in store space and right location for project implementation
  • Negotiating for enough stocks to avoid out of stocks during activation period
  • To understand retailer support like mailer, price mark downs and other sales promotional activities during activation
  • Other responsibilities of Planning Executives:
  • Creating on PR and PO for each project. Mandatory must have PR for all projects prior to implementation date. To ensure supporting documents are available in cases where we are not being able to meet this audit requirement.
  • Releasing Good Receive (GR) for payment which must be supported proper documents
  • Conducting weekly work in progress (WIP) Meetings with Brand and Agencies to keep track of projects
  • Attending BU\'s weekly Operations Meetings and Monthly Sales Review (MSR)
  • Conducting SCED monthly operation review with respective BU\'s
  • Managing shelf life of free sample and sampling stocks at Agencies warehouse and coordinating all STO\'s from Nestle.
  • Managing of premiums, POSM, props, sampling utensil, uniforms at agencies warehouses
What will make you successful
  • Education: PR, Sales, Marketing, Event Management, or another relevant field
  • Professional experience: More than 2 years in sales, PR and customer facing roles
  • Experience in brand / marketing would be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
