Job Description

1.Operation coordinator

Responsible in receiving and coordinating the entire in-house and outside job order.

Responsible in providing up-to-date information if there is any problem in operation.

To liase with sales department of customer's order and expected delivery schedule.

2.Planning and Scheduling

Responsible in operation planning and scheduling.

Preparing daily and monthly operation schedule.

Including material planning,manpower planning,manage production schedule to meet delivery schedule of sales order.

3.Coordination operation

Coordinate the operations source with others department e.g. Material and Pre-press Department, in order to smoothen the operation process.

4.Monitoring operation performance

Ensure OE are monitoring operation activities (productivity and quality) to ensure operations are in optimum level in order to meet the target of planning and scheduling.

To work with production department on production schedule cloesly to meet delivery schedule.

5.Monitoring standard of operating material usage

Ensure the standard of material usage being followed, in order to control wastages.

6.Communication and teamwork among the department

Shall communicating and having teamwork with others department e.g. Material, Sales, Logistics and QA Department in terms of monitoring; follow-up and sharing information.

7.Report of scheduling and productivity

Monitoring or supervise (Head of deptment)unit PPIC(Production Planning Inventri control) and providing them latest information about schedule, daily status, weekly productivity and monthly report.

Report preperation in order to monitor production schedule effectively, to update and maintain production master schedule.

8.Schedule of maintenance

Corporate with Maintenance Department in preparing maintenance schedule for machine.(Preventive Maintenance Schedule)

9.Yearly planning

Projection/Forecast preparing yearly planning.

10. Ensure all product must deliver on time oversea and local. Target 100% meet delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,679.67 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
