• Candidate must possess at least STPM, xe2x80x9cAxe2x80x9d Level, Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or other related fields).
• Must have at least two (2) years of working experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain-related fields.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Preferably executives with experience in a manufacturing environment or production operations.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
• Must be self-motivated and dynamic to handle and execute multiple assigned tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks under strict deadlines.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for planning and ensuring the smooth running of the production process within the company.
• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule.
• Review documents such as production schedules and work orders to determine personnel or material requirements and priorities.
• Revise production schedules when needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, in collaboration with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
• Follow up with all teams to ensure the flow of materials and documents meets the production schedule and customer expectations.
• Record production data, including volume produced, raw material consumption, and quality control measures.
• Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Provide documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, or changes to cost estimates.
• Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.
• Participate in monthly/weekly meetings to support production scheduling according to capacity loading in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct inventory analysis and reporting, controlling optimum levels, and performing cost analysis for procurement budgeting.
• Follow up closely with the Purchasing department to ensure timely delivery within the required dates.
• Participate in monthly stock counts to ensure accuracy of real-time data versus physical inventory.
