Responsibilities

Develop construction programs for medium to large-scale projects. Prepare Master Work Programme by using

Primavera 6 or Microsoft Project

Oversees specialized planning functions such as large-scale new development proposals and environmental studies. Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications. Attend monthly/weekly meeting to present the progress of the project. Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research, and analysis. Assigns work to professional staff and ensures appropriate training is provided Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary. Ensures that the management is kept fully informed about the condition of the agency and about any trends, events, or emerging issues of significance.

Requirements:

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent. Required skill(s): proven management skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations, strong written and oral communication skills, preparation of technical reports, strong interpersonal and public relations skills to work effectively, strong organizational skills, and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. At least 10 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work within Malaysia. Previous experience in Project Controls, Planning, EOT Analysis, Claims, and Project Management Preferably with prior experience specializing in Engineering - construction, structural or equivalent in rail, data centers, semiconductors or high tech facilities
