Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Degree certification in Business Admin/Math/Operation Management or any equivalent field.
  • Experience with 2W Planning Operation and Project Management.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Have knowledge of Homologation and VTA Management (JPJ).
  • Familiar government agencies of CKD & CBU importation request such as MITI, MIDA & CUSTOM.
  • Have knowledge to submit OMV.
  • Competent to converse and write in Japanese, Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office such as Words, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Presentable, mature, independent, and able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule and deadline.
  • Willing to work extra hours to meet operation target.
  • Willing to work extra days weekend to complete job task.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate and monitor implementation of New Automotive Model Plan schedule and preparation.
  • Collect sales data for monthly submission report.
  • Analyze market trend and comparison of sales, specification and performance of other market competitors.
  • Familiar in liaise with government agency like JPJ for Vehicle Type Approvals, MITI, MIDA & other.
  • Monitoring of monthly operation of CKD ordering, production and distribution.
  • Organize project meeting for all Suzuki models introduction and upgrade.
  • To be centre person to communicate with SMC, SMIPL & SIM.
  • To manage & coordinate with Service, Spare Parts & Quality department to manage issues related to all the department.
  • Must be able to develop SOP to improve operationability.
  • Update monthly Retails Sales (JPJ) data and performance.
  • Monitor closely with Quality Assurance on the model compliance on regulation matters.
  • Prepare summary report for Motorcycle Industry.
  • Applying and coordinating any new business and trademark registration.
  • Liaise with all levels of employees in the organization, external business contacts and government departments pertaining to the policies and regulations matters.
  • Assist to applying government incentives submission, market intel, special project & other assignment assigned by GEC, GMD & DGM.
