Job Description

• Bachelor Degree in food related courses / Manufacturing / Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Preferably with 2 - 3 years experience in related field.
• Possess strong product knowledge and production process procedures.
• Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Good in Arithmetic & figures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.

ResponsibilitiesPlanning

• Monitor and update sales forecast and sales contracts.
• Responsible for planning & scheduling with production for the sales order demand.
• Prepare master loading plan, identify the manpower requirement and responsible for weekly production order.
• Maximize capacity utilization, resources and factory productivity to support customer\'s demand.
• Coordinate with factory Production Department for the production progress and output.
• In-charge for material planning and forecast raw material usage.
• Manage material inventory and collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure sufficient materials for production run.
• Consumer products inventory management by FEFO with buffer stock management.
• Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality standard on processes, policies and procedures are to be compliance with Quality Management System.
