Where will your specialist knowledge, functional breadth and technical leadership have most impact? Right here, when you develop, integrate and take ownership of strategic operations plans that encompass multiple and diverse products/processes across different businesses. You'll also liaise with a number of functions to develop, validate, communicate and implement business operation plans and strategies throughout the product life cycle. Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels. Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives. Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc. Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners. May be responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production. May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities. May partner with Sales and Marketing to develop factory support processes for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.

Job Qualifications

• Educated to at least university degree level (and with post-graduate study/certification/license), this is your opportunity to bring your extensive experience (at least 5 years' at this level), leadership ability and positive, proactive approach to work in a dynamic, progressive environment.
• Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be required.
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
• Not a natural progression from Advanced level.
