About the role

As a Planning Executive at KESM Industries Berhad, you will play a vital role in the production planning and scheduling processes within our manufacturing operations. In this full-time position based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor, you will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our products to customers by coordinating the production schedule and optimising resource utilisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity Communicate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement and quality assurance, to align activities and resolve issues Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels Provide regular reports on production performance and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the production schedule aligns with customer orders

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production bottlenecks Proficiency in using production planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
