Role Purpose

As a Plant Engineer - Product & Process, you will play a key role in designing, integrating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes. You'll support the implementation of new systems, contribute to product design enhancements, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design Engineering:

Analyze and specify methods, machinery, and equipment to optimize manufacturing processes.

Engineering Solutions Design:

Develop and test engineering solutions to validate improvements.

Engineering Standards & Inspections:

Support drafting and evaluation of standards; conduct inspections to ensure compliance.

Data Analysis & Innovation:

Collect and analyze data; identify and implement process improvements.

Project & Contract Management:

Execute project plans and coordinate subcontractor activities.

Product Development & Solutions Analysis:

Define customer needs and deliver engineering solutions.

Internal Client Relationship Management:

Build strong working relationships across teams.

Health, Safety & Environment:

Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with HSE policies.

What We're Looking For

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.

Experience:

3-6 years in a manufacturing engineering role.

Skills:

Engineering Design, Development, Specification, Testing, Project Scheduling, Costing & Budgeting, Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, Familiarity with PPAP and Floor-to-Floor (FTF) documentation Ability to work independently and communicate effectively A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
