Plant Engineering Manager

Our client is a global leader in the rubber manufacturing industry, and listed in the BURSA stock exchange with more than 40 years of successful track record and strong exports to more than hundred countries globally.

Job Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for planning and executing Plant Engineering strategies and procedures to ensure optimal operating conditions for all plant equipment and utilities.

Manage and coordinate day-to-day Plant Engineering operations to meet production requirements.

Develop and maintain Plant Engineering processes, including:

Implementing a comprehensive monitoring program for equipment performance and utility usage.

Providing methodologies to extend the life of components and equipment.

Monitoring and controlling spare parts usage to reduce costs through re-engineering and component substitution.

Ensure timely completion of planned improvement activities, while keeping relevant stakeholders informed and trained.

Provide support to enhance maintenance and production operations.

Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement, sharing findings with other plants for benchmarking and horizontal development purposes.

Continuously review current practices and make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Strive to support, encourage, and exceed company objectives and KPIs.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent from an accredited College or University, or Diploma or equivalent from an accredited College or University with a minimum of five years of working experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Ability to work independently.

Strong written and typing skills.
