Plant Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Location: Johor Bahru, Johors:
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment, including the wastewater treatment system, air compressor system, boiler, natural gas system, and carbon dioxide tank system, to ensure optimal operation.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, assisting in training on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure it is sufficient when needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for process and equipment performance improvements, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidate with CePIETSO-PCP certification.
- Candidates with 2 years and above of experience in plant maintenance.
