Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations in the food & beverage manufacturing industry. Based in Johor, this role focuses on driving efficiency, meeting production targets, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and guide a team to meet production targets effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure timely maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to inform decision-making.
A successful Plant Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in the FMCG industry with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
