Well-known Food Manufacturing Company Looking for Plant Manager / Head of Manufacturing! Your new company You will be working in a well-know food manufacturing company specialising in snacks manufacturing, with two plants in both Klang and Johor. Your new role You will be based in the Johor plant, looking after a workforce of more than 500 employees. Your job responsibility will include: Overseeing production, warehouse, quality and Maintenance Identify place to improve and work on continuous improvement What you\'ll need to succeed You need to have experiences in Managing Operations of factory management / plant management Experienced in managing industrial people, including both local and foreigner workforce. Ability to lead by example and willing to be based in Johor Ability to convert in Chinese will be an added advantage.
