The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations within the site, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in engineering and manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.

• Manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance processes.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production with market demands.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and recommend upgrades when necessary.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
