Our client a Chinese-funded international enterprise, affiliated with Dragon Industries is looking for a Plant Manufacturing Manager to be base in Malaysia - Kulai. Their main business is dealing with explosives safety equipment. *Comfortable to be in a startup environment. Location: Kulai, Malaysia As the Manufacturing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing operations in our Kulai location. Your expertise in sheet metal processing, welding techniques, and production line management will be critical to the success of our manufacturing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your proficiency in sheet metal processing and welding techniques, particularly from industries like HVAC and pressure vessel manufacturing, to ensure high-quality production processes. Lead the manufacturing team in the production line, fostering an efficient and productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Welding techniques in sheet metal processing. Prior experience in pressure vessel manufacturing preferred. Previous experience in production line management, displaying effective leadership skills. Willingness to travel, including potential trips to China for training and coordination. Strong problem-solving abilities, process optimization skills, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
