Watch us here.What will you doPlant Planning Lead is responsible for driving the planning processes in manufacturing plant, ensuring customer service levels are met as per targets, with optimum inventory level as per entitlement model.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterials Requirement Planning:

  • Lead the plant planning team to execute and coordinate all activities related to the planning and the supply of raw and pack materials, including MRP execution and MRP control.
  • Responsible and accountable for the conversion of the Master Production Schedule and the detailed schedule into requirements and ensure the right quantity of components is available at the production line to execute the production plan. In the event of supply constraints, decides on the stock allocation across markets to achieve business goals; implement fair-share stock allocation whenever necessary.
  • Optimize flow of materials from suppliers to production line balancing inventory targets, warehouse space and productions plan while minimize storage costs and SLOB.
  • Play a leading role in developing, communicating, and maintaining relationship with vendors.
Detailed Scheduling:
  • Lead plant planning team to generate, update and maintain the detailed production schedule within the appropriate horizon to deliver customer service.
  • Resolve manufacturing related issues with production team and communicating potential impact to relevant supply chain business partners.
  • Responsible to track plan execution to ensure the plan attainment.
Others:
  • Ensures master data is accurate and develops and implements planning rules, standards, and process to support the overall planning agenda.
  • Drives agility for sites and Franchises managed by working with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies and initiatives to improve product flow and efficiency, lead times, MOQs, etc.
  • Main contact point for Plant Management Team & Supply Network Planner in all plant matters & actively escalates RPM issues to management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team on inquiries made on NEW Product Introduction or NEW Product Development.
  • Support, train, and encourage utilization of ERP and other relevant planning systems.
Cross-Franchise Projects and Initiatives
  • Supports innovations, network strategies and other projects by providing insights from a Plant Planning point-of-view.
  • Simulates different planning scenarios to be used as guides in the decision-making process.
  • Assumes a lead role on specific cross-Franchise initiatives such as Plan transformation, master data, process improvement projects, Loadmax, digital scheduling and etc.
Team Management
  • Directly manages a team of MRP planners and production schedulers.
  • Acts as deputy lead to Regional Supply Planning Director and is aware and involved in critical projects and key issues beyond the market and Franchises directly managed.
  • Role model of Kenvue\'s behaviors, purpose, and values.

  • Service: Plant Schedule Attainment, Market OTIF@D, Product Availability
  • NPI/NPD On time Launch & service
  • Supplier\'s Performance
  • Engagement survey score and follow-up.
Travel: Up to 10% travel based on business needs.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning in consumer goods or similar industries
  • Relevant experience in end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP (APO and ECC)
  • Able to communicate across a wide network situated in multiple countries.
  • Stakeholder management skills and Strong qualities to be able to lead projects and team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Results-oriented, independent and has strong bias for action.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Personal Care or FDA-regulated industries.
  • Experience in digital tools such Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
