• Responsible for the Bosch Manufacturing and Logistics Platform (BMLP) project leadership on plant level.

• Responsible for technical and commercial planning, coordination, and implementation of BMLP in the plant including the guidance of the plant BMLP team members.

• Plan, coordinate and ensure implementation of the requirements and BMLP installations in new production lines and existing lines by working closely with Bosch international and local technical teams.

• Plan replacement of local plant solutions by standard solutions or enable plant solutions to become migration ready.

• Ensure the migration of all necessary solutions to BMLP Architecture, e.g. Industry 4.0 and Data Analytics solutions with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) connectivity.

• Close cooperation with plant and central BMLP team and strong representation of plant matters.

• Participate in local technical team and Bosch global BMLP workshop and periodical TelCons; confront and influence regular meetings and address plant requirements to central team.

• Preparation and presentation of BMLP activities to high management on plant and central level.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in related field

• At least 1 year of practical experience in project management in an International operating company

• Expert in Project Management and related tools

• Expert in Project Management and project team leadership

• Experience in Industry 4.0, MES, IT, data architecture and production planning and execution processes

• Driving and pick up improvement topics around BLMP independently

• Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement topics

• Good English writing and oral communication skills
