Job Summary,

Performing routine and emergency repairs, conducting inspections, and performing preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities. Ensure equipment runs smoothly and that buildings remain safe and compliant with regulations. Troubleshoot and repairing malfunctioning equipment, fixtures, and building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC. Recording maintenance activities, updating logs, and maintaining inventory records. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring all work meets industry standards.Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests to fix urgent issues. Liaising with contractors, supervisors, team members, and authorities if needed Conducting regular checks from time to time and maintenance to prevent future problems and minimize downtime. Performing routine inspections of buildings and factory's equipment to ensure they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical systems, Mechanical and HVAC. Hands on technical repairs and trouble shooting capabilities. Based at Factories or Production. Able to join in short notice period. Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
