Job Responsibilities
Responsible to manage and oversee daily operation of plantation to achieve the company objectives and ensure operational efficiency of estates.
Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural company's requirement.
Responsible for ensuring the process of plantation auditing fulfills company obligations of compliance
To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with MSPO requirements.
Identify problems that arise and report to Superior.
Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
At least 1- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
Willing to be relocated.
