:
Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the plantation.
Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture or Science or any related field.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience at least 2 year in plantation /agriculture.
Keen to make a career in Plantations Management
Preferable Chinese candidate
Tanggungjawab
- Planning, maintain, supervise, organizing production schedules in order manner.
- Identify the plant disease and done precaution before disease breakout.
- Monitor, supervise and enhance the plantation SOP for optimum yield and quality production.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are meet
- Coordinate with workers and clients (future) for pre-order plants.
- Regularly experiment on new species to add on selling items.\'
- Control the lost by making sure all the procedure planting follows the standard of procedure given
- Experience in agriculture/plantation
- Responsible to provide accurate data for plantation report.
- Carry out any other duty and responsible which company may assign from time to time.

3. Working hour : 7:30 am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
7:30am to 12:30 (Saturday)
