1. JOB BRIEF Supervisors are responsible for overseeing all the operations of a plant, including managing employees, meeting projections and ensuring quality.These professionals are also responsible for troubleshooting problems, resolving conflict and identifying plan 2. RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND DUTIES i. Supervise a group of mandurs and general farm workers ii. Determines number and kind of workers needed to perform required work, and schedules activities iii. Inspect the work and quality of crops grown / harvested. iv. Ensure all mandur and planter have good understanding of safety regulations and the proper way to operate. v. Ensure that all mandurs and daily workers perform work in the correct manner and method which comply with safety rules throughout the work period. vi. Identify problems that arise and report to management. vii. Comply with management instructions to perform any other tasks necessary for the benefit of the company. viii. Assist in any other special/ ad-hoc assignment or operation works assigned by superior from time to time. 3. QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS a. Have at least a diploma in agricultural studies or a related field from a recognized university and a pass in Bahasa Melayu pass in SPM; or b. Have SPM with at least 1.5 years of work experience in the Plantation/agricultural sector.Has sufficient experience in plantation/agriculture operations, which is deemed as adequate by the management / senior officials. c. Organized, pragmatic, proactive, result-oriented, rigorous d. Able to work independently e. Team spirit f. Strong communication and social skills g. Potential to progress to a higher responsibility position h. Ability to live in a remote environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
