Oversees the daily operations of the estate
Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum daily operations
Manage all phases of work from replanting, maintenance, monitoring crops production quality and etc.
Ensure all work operations in safe and responsible manner
Planning and managing estate budget to ensure operating expenses and profitability are maximized
Regular communication & preparation of reports to head office
Planning and implementing plans to constantly improve conditions of plantation
Ensure operational efficiency and effective labor-management (Must fulfill KPI set by management on plantation progress)

Job Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture or Plantation or equivalent
At least 5 to 10 Year(s) of working experience in managing palm oil plantations
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Dynamic person with a high degree of integrity
Strong leadership and organizational skill with effective communication at all levels
Exceptional leadership skill, highly disciplined, and very committed for work accomplishment
Willing to travel
