Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform mold trials, debugging, and optimize process parameters. Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely. Carry out routine maintenance and machine setup. Record and analyze mold trial data for process improvement. Develop technical standards and process instructions. Improve production processes and product quality. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities. Set up and operate related equipment (machines, dryers, chillers, grinders). Conduct training and evaluate molding operators/technicians. Oversee mold commissioning, setup, issue handling, and maintenance. Ensure safety compliance and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in injection molding industry. Familiar with plastic injection machinery and conventional machines. Hardworking with eagerness to learn. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
