Job Description

Support global Plating Operations with a high level of integrity with the maintenance of the plating strip lines and barrel lines. .Complete scheduled preventative maintenance daily on plating lines and support equipment, documenting findings in the maintenance work order system and follow up on open issues found. .Monitor preventative maintenance tasks performed by production operators and assist as required. .Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform troubleshooting on, and repairs to, a variety of production equipment, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics. .Maintain special tooling by cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and restocking as required. .Fabricate tooling and spare parts as needed to support Plating Operations. .The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position. Associates may be asked to perform additional tasks depending on strengths and capabilities. .Additional requirements for this position may be needed based on the facility in which this is located. .Special projects as and when instructed by Management on any plant operation issue.
