Job Description

Manage online store at e-commerce platform. Uploading and creating online product content & pricing and ensure all information are accurate and updated. Work closely with the teams to ensure smooth operation of online store, including order fulfilment and logistics coordination. Handling e-inquires and online order processing & rectify issues in shipping or order fulfilment. Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaign (promo codes, gift with purchase, product building, online campaigns, etc) across all platforms. Maintain strong collaborative relationships with platform partners to leverage scale and drive channel effectiveness. Provide customer support and increase followers for E commerce sites (Social, Marketplace, Brand E commerce site). Participate in product launching preparations. Achieve the sales KPI set by head of sales. Bring the exposure and branding of our products to social media and assist in Live streaming. Assisting in any job that may be assigned to you by your superior.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
