Your role includes developing best practices, improving implementation processes, and supporting our Onboarding Specialists with platform-related questions.Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance customer service platforms.
• Streamline implementation processes.
• Create and maintain setup tutorials and SOPs.
• Audit and optimize client platforms.
• Assist Onboarding Specialists with platform setup.
• Report progress and analytics to team leads.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Customer Service (preferred).
• Background in IT or Computer Science (preferred).
• Experience in eCommerce (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk (preferred).
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated.

Internet Requirements:

• Own a PC or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for upload & download speeds.
