The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.



This position will play a critical role in forming close relationships with creators / live streamers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) in Malaysia, and making sure that they are active on our Digital Services platform

Responsibilities

• • Source for and reach out to identified creators / live streamers, KOLs and MCNs to get them onboarded on our Digital Services platform, and assist them with the engagement of specific shop owners on the platform, including on-site support in client\xe2\x80\x99s live stream studio (if needed)
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with the KOLs to better understand business demands and gather feedback for our product / platform.
  • Implement educational strategies to ensure the long-term engagement of Tiktok and other onboarded creators / live streamers.
  • Track and analyze live selling metrics such as community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, video views and audience growth etc to optimize the performance of KOLs and live-selling on the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams (content strategy, content operation, trending, marketing, communications, etc.) to assist with generating quality content to drive strategic KOL growth and ensuring active live-selling businesses.

Requirements

• • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and verbal)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in related industries (e.g. Live Selling, Entertainment - Movie / TV Shows) with deep understanding of the industry
  • Possess extensive networks within related industries (KOLs, MCNs etc.)
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys communicating with users, and delivering daily support with a strong user-driven mindset
  • Able to make use of data and reasonable logical thinking to manage platform and KOLs
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
