About Our Client

They're a leading ad tech consultancy in APAC, enabling brands via Google Marketing Platform, data analytics, programmatic, and creative solutions. They support multinational clients and operate in a high-growth, multicultural environment.

Your Role:

Serve as the GMP (CM360, DV360, SA360) SME, handling complex client technical inquiries. Enable clients via onboarding, training, and consulting support. Perform tag audits (via GTM), campaign verifications, and troubleshoot tracking issues. Support analytics & CRO projects (setup, QA, analysis) with platforms like AB Tasty / VWO. Document roadmaps, best practices, and platform updates. Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc initiatives and cross-functional solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with GMP tools (CM360, DV360, SA360) Strong client communication & presentation skills in English + Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Solid knowledge in ad ops, media trafficking, campaign measurement Ability to guide clients, provide consulting insights, and manage platform adoption Proactive thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

Experience with GA / GTM Understanding of programmatic and SEM Exposure to technical writing & analytics tools Basic HTML / CSS / JS is a plus
