The Platform Specialist, Sugar Reduction & Specialty Sweeteners and Food System, APAC is responsible for driving execution of platform growth initiatives, in collaboration with country go-to-market, global platforms, innovation and marketing teams. Core Responsibilities New concept development - Collaborate with marketing and innovation to proactively develop food concepts and prototypes for target applications. Customer project enablement - Manage processes and knowledge management systems (e.g., library of raw materials) to enable agile systems solution delivery. Customer project enablement - Responsible for cost simulation of experimental systems. Customer project enablement - Drive cross-functional collaboration to accelerate pipeline conversion for top and Must Win projects. New product and service development - Design new product launch materials for use by go-to-market team, in collaboration with the marketing and innovation. New product and service development - Develop sales enablement repository for entire portfolio. Value pricing - Establishes pricing for solutions and services and use marketing research to evaluate pricing strategies. Business analysis - Analyze performance drivers and recommend actions to deliver financial targets. Competitive analysis - Manage competitive intelligence system to track competitor activity in the SR&SS and Food Systems space. Evaluate performance / price / cost of competitor products. Campaign - In collaboration with marketing team, roll out campaigns through traditional, website, and digital media. Mandatory Requirements Qualified candidates will have: Degree Bachelor or Master\'s in Marketing, Food Science/ Technology or related disciplines Work experience in food ingredient or flavour house, F&B or specialty chemical business in marketing or technical functions English fluency, both written and spoken Desirable Requirements Strong analytics skill is desirable Marketing experience is advantageous Second language is desirable Required Behaviors And Skills Take initiative to collaborate across functions Creative, proactive, and self-driven to lead activation of key projects & assignments Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills Ability to converse in a Multilingual environment Relocation Available: No
