Job Description




This position is for a Platform Solutions Validation Program Manager in Intel Platform Validation Engineering (PVE) within Programmable solutions group (PSG) group. We are seeking a program manager for the Platform Validation Engineering organization focused on FPGA validation. Responsibilities entail contributing to the strategy, development and execution of our platform solution with silicon, software and FW ingredients. Platforms need to be representative of our customer end solutions and additionally in few cases directly on actual customer designs.
  • You will be responsible for developing specification-based feature analysis, end user perspective use case analysis, creating and implementing tests and customer design/collaterals to enable faster TTM.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Group (CEG), BUs and Manufacturing Engineering for assurance that our products are compatible with the system architectures envisioned and implemented by customers and ecosystem partners in our transformative growth.
  • Drive adoption of Intel Validation strategies as required.
  • Engage and work closely with key technical leads of Platform Hardware and Board Engineering, Electrical Validation and System Validation engineering teams.
  • Work with end customers to comprehend development and deployment challenges and translate the learnings into deliverable, requirement improvements to grow the business.


Qualifications


  • BS/MS plus 10 years of experience in program management and leadership roles.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in validation for high complexity tock type projects is required.
  • Strong technical expertise on Platform Validation, tools and methodologies is required.
  • Prior experience on Customer engagement or co-engineering is preferred.
  • Ability to work with cross geo teams and deliver high complexity programs.
  • Strong self-initiative and persistence, ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and ability to drive clarity in key areas.
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn enough depth on new products/technologies to support strategic discussions and to set direction.
  • The candidate must have a high focus on discipline in execution, a relentless pursuit of quality and excellent customer orientation.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
