\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: MNC CompanyIndustry : ManufacturingLocation: Iskandar Puteri, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Title: Plating EngineerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM 4,000-RM6,000\xc2\xb7 Design process and prepare samples for FA and new products.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit FA document.\xc2\xb7 Audit and monitor production on process control, trigger production to take action if non-compliances were found, and re-audit on corrective action until process compliance.\xc2\xb7 Conduct Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) individually or in teams when found process & quality issue.\xc2\xb7 Manage all Plating Process Engineering responsibilities, improvements, and innovations\xc2\xb7 Develop processes and procedures for new product and process improvement, and conduct training sessions with production staff.\xc2\xb7 PCPF preparation and attend customer audit activities on process design & control.\xc2\xb7 Provide root cause analysis and solution on quality issue due to process complained by customer.\xc2\xb7 Lead improvement activities and provide R&D support for new process development and improvement project activities.\xc2\xb7 Conduct training for production team on process and process control.\xc2\xb7 Meet requirement for Safety, 5S, Company policy & regulation, and environmental policy implement.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Electrical / Electronics / Semi-conductor
