YOUR ROLE

To ensure the stability of processes and smooth operation of waterjet deflash, plating and NEAP machines when lots are running. To troubleshoot waterjet deflash, plating and NEAP machines when problems occur. To involve and support in engineering evaluation/NPI in attaining better quality, yield, lower operating cost, continuous. improvement and customer satisfaction which is in line with company's goal. To provide disposition of any On-Hold lot. To involve in the completion of 8D report in response to Customer Incidences (CI) To support EHS and OHS procedures and campaigns in the company. To involve in ST House of Lean campaign and implementation. To involve in SPC Coordinator. To ensure NEAP process is stable & achieve production yield target during mass production. To plan & execute projects on cost savings, quality & yield improvement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in chemistry/chemical engineering/or STEM related to Plating process. Experience in semiconductor or automotive manufacturing with strong knowledge of Plating process & surface finishing are preferred. Experience with plating line equipment & automation are preferred. Having knowledge of ISO, IATF16949 & FMEA methodologies. Familiarity with SPC, DOE, & AIAG FMEA. Proficient in data analysis using Excel, JMP or Power BI.
