Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PL/SQL Developer with hands-on experience integrating and managing Moody's Analytics products (e.g., RiskAuthority, RiskCalc, or CreditLens). The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining PL/SQL packages, procedures, and data integration pipelines that interact with Moody's risk engines and analytical systems.

This role requires a strong understanding of relational database design, performance tuning, and data modeling, combined with the ability to work closely with business analysts, risk teams, and Moody's technical representatives.

Core Roles & Responsibilities
Area- Description

PL/SQL Development- Write and optimize complex PL/SQL code (procedures, functions, packages, triggers) to manage Moody's data workflows. Moody's Analytics Integration- Develop data exchange processes to feed Moody's systems (e.g., RiskAuthority) and extract results into internal reporting/data marts. Data Analysis & Mapping- Collaborate with risk analysts and Moody's consultants to map source data to Moody's schemas and APIs. Performance Tuning- Diagnose and optimize slow-running queries, ensure efficient use of indexes, and manage statistics. ETL/Data Load Automation- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading between Oracle DB and Moody's applications or external sources. Data Quality & Validation- Implement control mechanisms for data validation, reconciliation, and exception handling. Documentation & Version Control- Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and maintain version history using Git or similar tools. Collaboration & Support- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-production issues in coordination with infrastructure and business teams.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
