Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo ensure Facilities System including Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Oil Free Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Vacuum, Process Exhaust, HVAC, FLSS and other downstream distribution system reliability in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, safety and system requirements.Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting.Fill up PM documentation as required (e.g. e-checklist) MAXIMOEnsure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties.Assist internal maintenance technicians when PM activities completed.Diagnose and replace worn parts in PM equipment- \xe2\x80\x9cReport and Escalate abnormalitiesSound like you?
