Position: PMO Analyst As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management office\'s activities. Additionally, you will also required to work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives. Other job responsibilities will be inclusive of project tracking, reporting, process improvement, and assisting in the development and implementation of project management best practices. What we expect: Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide project status updates to stakeholders. Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and change requests. Identify and recommend improvements to project management processes and methodologies. Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Provide support to the Project Management Office in various administrative tasks and activities Qualifications, Knowledge & Skill: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.) Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or PMO-related roles. Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, preferably PowerBI or similar dashboard design tools. Business analysis experience is a plus, including requirements elicitation and process documentation. Basic IT governance experience is an advantage, with an understanding of IT policies and standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
