It is a multi-year program aiming to streamline and optimize the delivery of payroll, time & benefit (PTB) services in Roche. PMO Project Analyst as part of PSS, under general direction, is responsible for overseeing People & Culture (HR) projects globally or regionally working closely with the project managers. Supports the project/program manager to take projects from the original concept through completion. Works together with the project/program manager to develop and maintain detailed work plans, resource plans and budget. Proactively supports the end to end project/program execution using the most suitable methodology, provides methodological guidance to the project team, ensures compliance to project management audit requirements. In general ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies, relevant standards and legal constraints. Responsibilities Project/Program Management Work closely together with the Project/Program manager to deliver the end to end project to meet agreed quality and expected business benefits as defined in project baseline. Ensure that the globally agreed project management framework is in place in the regions as well. Take care of coordination of global/regional project documentation with the Project/Program Manager, ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure compliance with project audit requirements. Support the Project/Program Manager in project scope definition, planning, stakeholder management, effective communication, change management. Support the Project/Program Manager in meeting, workshop organization, preparation and facilitation as needed. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project scope, schedule, cost and resources, as well as project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies and develop corrective actions. Oversee realization of project value or benefits from solutions delivered. Responsible for documenting lessons learnt. Serve as the Hypercare lead for the individual country projects within the program as needed. Leadership, People and Culture Lead project team by example in line with Roche Leadership commitments, People Practices and policies. Coach and provide training to the project team on tools, techniques, and systems used to control and execute projects. Support building a strong project team around the key values of Roche i.e. collaboration, innovation and self-management. Drive delivery commitment from all project resources and actively manage the resolution of any conflicts within the project team Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation Collaborate with peers within the region and globally, work efficiently in communities, networks. Share practices across the project management global network and be open to try new methodologies. Who you are In this role you will be working with stakeholders from various functions and across levels within the organization. Strong leadership competencies and demonstrated success in change management are critical. You bring the following skills and competencies: Experience in regional or global service projects, preferably in an HR services environment. Demonstrated experience in working in a Project analyst, Project support role. Great organizational skills, attention to details, structured thinking, being able to consolidate large amounts of information are needed skills Strong cross-cultural communications, influence, leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills and tools know how Ability to influence and work with complex stakeholder groups to partner in achieving our strategy. Ability to exert influence to create positive cultural change. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities. Proven track record of being able to deliver and work effectively in a matrix and agile organization across geographies and divisions Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and multicultural environment working across borders. Skill Requirement: Degree in focus business area such as Human Resources, Project Management or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of project management experience in a global environment experience in Human Resources preferred.
